How to Report an Issue?

  1. Report an issue To report an issue, go to Help section at the main top panel and click Report Issue.

3. Fill in the blanks 1) In the Summary section, provide a brief and clear summary of the bug. 2) In the Symptom section, describe the issue in detail, explaining actions you performed before it has arisen. 3) Add log file as an attachment (it will help our developers investigate the issue you encountered). For this, go to Help - Open Logs Folder. Besides, add any other attachments (screenshots, GIF, videos) that will help Support Team understand the issue better.  4) Send a report to us. We'll contact you sort after that.
